Bird's Eye View typically provides our customers with a link to a DropBox album to download their files. On this page, we will walk you through the simple process of downloading and extracting the files from dropbox and onto your computer.
Step 1 - Going to the Album Bird's Eye View will provide you a link via Email to an album containing all of your files available for download. This is a private page and only individuals with the direct link can view and download the files.

Finished - A new folder of the same name will be created in the same destination or new destination of your choice. Your computer should automatically open the folder with all of the full quality files available for you to use.
Bird's Eye View will typically post albums for download for 2 - 3 weeks. Customers can download the album an unlimited number of times and on an unlimited number computers or devices. If you have any questions, comments or problems downloading your files please immediately email or call us directly.
Step 2 - Download the Album On the upper right-hand corner of the page there is a big blue button that says "Download". Click Download, then select the option to 'Download as .zip'. Downloading may take several minutes for photo albums, and an extended amount of time for video and 3D mapping files.
Step 3 - Opening the Album After you selected the .zip option the album will begin to download in the bottom left-hand corner of your browser. Once the album has finished downloading select "Show in folder". A new window will open taking you to the file destination on your computer.
Step 4 - Unzipping the Album After selecting 'Show in folder'a new window will open. The album should be highlighted in your computer destination(probably 'Downloads'). RIGHT-CLICK on the album and select to option to 'Unzip' or 'Extract' the files.
